Referral Program Terms

The rules of the invitations program: who can take part, when an invitation earns referral credits, and how they reach you by Pix.

Version 2026-09-11

First of all: what these rules limit

  • Only people aged 18 or over, with full legal capacity, can take part.
  • Only subscriptions bought on the website and paid in reais, by Pix or card, count. App Store purchases earn no credits.
  • Each credit waits 7 days before it becomes available, and ceases to exist if, within that period, the charge is reversed or the subscription is cancelled.
  • Withdrawals are by Pix, from R$ 20.00, up to R$ 200.00 per transfer, to a Pix key held in your own name. Your first withdrawal sets the key holder, and later ones only go to that holder.
  • A Pix transfer sent to the key you confirmed cannot be undone.
  • Credits can be held for review, and credits produced by fraud or self-referral are cancelled.
  • Deleting your account erases credits that have not been transferred yet. Ask for payment first.
  • We may change or end the Program with 30 days' notice. Credits already produced are not affected.

1. The Program and who offers it

The Mister Education Referral Program (the "Program", also called Invites) is offered by Mister Education ("we") to anyone with an account on the Platform. These Terms govern participation in the Program and supplement the Terms of Use. On matters specific to the Program, these Terms prevail.

The Program is a public promise of reward under articles 854 to 856 of the Brazilian Civil Code: we undertake to credit an amount to whoever meets an objective condition, which is that a person creates their account through your link and pays for a subscription that counts for the Program. We ask no service, target or commitment of you. What is published on this page and on the invitations page binds us (articles 30 and 35 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, the "CDC").

These Terms exist in Portuguese and in English. If the two differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

2. Who can take part

Any natural person aged 18 or over with full legal capacity (articles 3 to 5 of the Civil Code) who has a Mister Education account and a Pix key, at an institution operating in Brazil, held in their own name. Each person takes part with a single account.

People under 18 may use the Platform on the conditions of the Terms of Use, but may not take part in the Program. We do not verify age automatically, which is why your first withdrawal asks you to declare that you are 18 or over. If we learn that a participant is a minor, we suspend their participation. Credits their invitations have already produced are not lost: they are kept until the person comes of age, or paid to their legal representative on request.

3. How an invitation is recorded

  • Every account has its own invitation link, with a code that does not change. You may share it with anyone, within the rules of sections 10 and 11.
  • When someone opens your link, their browser keeps the code for up to 60 days. If they later open someone else's link, the last link opened counts.
  • The invitation is recorded when that person creates a new Mister Education account and the account is linked to your code within 48 hours of being created. An account that already existed cannot be linked to an invitation afterwards.
  • Each person can be invited only once. Once recorded, an invitation does not change hands.
  • You may not invite yourself, whether through another account of yours or through an account created in someone else's name without their knowledge.
  • The person invited pays nothing extra and loses no right by arriving through your link. The Program currently offers no benefit to the person invited.

4. Which subscriptions count

Subscriptions to paid plans bought on the Mister Education website and paid in reais, by Pix or card, through Asaas, our payment processor in Brazil, count. Subscriptions bought through the iPhone app (App Store), paid in another currency, free, complimentary or granted by us, and trial periods without a paid charge do not count.

5. What each invitation is worth

  • R$ 10.00 when the person invited pays their first month;
  • R$ 5.00 for each further month they pay, for as long as the subscription continues and the Program exists;
  • on a semester plan, the charge is worth the six months it covers: R$ 35.00 for the first semester and R$ 30.00 for each renewal.

Amounts are in reais, the same for every participant, fixed in advance and uncapped: there is no limit on invitations or on accumulated credits. There is no draw, contest, ranking or volume bonus, and nothing in the Program depends on luck or on competing with other participants. Credits do not expire.

6. Waiting, release and cancellation of credits

Each paid charge produces a credit, which waits before becoming available to withdraw:

  • the first month's credit waits the 7 days during which the person invited may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal (CDC article 49), counted from the purchase;
  • each renewal's credit waits 7 days after the charge, which we use to confirm that the charge will not be undone.

A credit that is still waiting ceases to exist if, before it is released, that charge is reversed, refunded or disputed, or the subscription is cancelled, even if paid time remains. Release is done by our daily processing, so a credit may become available up to a day after its waiting period ends.

Once released, the credit is yours. It is not taken back if the person invited cancels their subscription, asks for a refund of a later charge or deletes their own account. The only exception is fraud, as set out in section 12.

7. Review of credits

An automatic signal may hold credits for review when the number of invitations that subscribe is out of the ordinary, for example many within a few days. A held credit is not cancelled: a person on our team reviews the case and decides. If we need clarification we will ask by email, and you will have 15 days to reply. We complete the review within 30 days of the hold and tell you the decision and the reason for it.

You may ask for review of any decision based on automated processing, and for information about the criteria used (LGPD article 20), by writing to info@mistereducation.com.

8. Withdrawal by Pix

  • Withdrawals are requested on the Program dashboard and paid by Pix, from R$ 20.00 available. Below that, credits are kept.
  • Each transfer is at most R$ 200.00. A larger amount is paid in more than one transfer, oldest credits first.
  • We charge no fee for withdrawals: you receive the full value of the credits.
  • The Pix key is typed at each withdrawal, and must be a key held by you, as a natural person. Before transferring, we consult the Central Bank's Pix key directory (DICT), through Asaas, to identify the key holder.
  • Your first withdrawal records the key holder, and later withdrawals only go to keys of the same holder. This exists so that someone who gains access to your account cannot divert your credits. If you need to change the holder, for example because the first key you gave was not yours, write to info@mistereducation.com.
  • A withdrawal takes two steps: you review the amount and the key and only then confirm. A Pix transfer sent to the confirmed key cannot be undone by us. Check the key before confirming.
  • The transfer's description, as the recipient sees it at their bank, reads "Creditos de indicacao Mister Education".
  • If a transfer does not complete, the amount becomes available again after we check it.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of a limit at our processor. Meanwhile, credits keep being produced, waiting out their period and being kept, with no loss.

9. What credits are, and what they are not

Referral credits are an amount we owe you, paid from our promotion budget, in the same family as loyalty programs. They are not money of yours held by us. For that reason you cannot add money of your own to them, cannot transfer them to another person, cannot use them to pay for third-party products or services, and they earn no interest or adjustment. The Program is not a payment account, a deposit or electronic money (Lei nº 12.865/2013).

Taking part in the Program is not providing a service to us. It creates no employment relationship (CLT article 3), commercial representation (Lei nº 4.886/1965), agency or distribution (Civil Code articles 710 to 721), brokerage (Civil Code articles 722 to 729), mandate or partnership. There are no targets, exclusivity, territory or subordination, and you do not speak or negotiate on our behalf.

If the law requires us to withhold any tax on amounts paid, or to report them to the authorities, we will do so and tell you. It is up to you to declare amounts received where tax law requires it.

10. How to share your link

You may share your link with friends, family and followers, by message, personal email or social media, provided that you:

  • make clear, when sharing publicly, that it is an invitation link and that you earn credits if the person subscribes (CDC article 36 and article 28 of the CONAR Brazilian Advertising Self-Regulation Code). A sentence such as "this is my invitation link: if you subscribe, I earn credits" is enough;
  • make no promises we do not make, about prices, discounts, learning results, certificates or timeframes, and do not present Mister Education in a misleading way (CDC article 37);
  • send no bulk or unsolicited messages, use no contact lists that were bought or obtained without consent, and do not post the link where that kind of promotion is not allowed. When you share the link for an economic purpose, you are also responsible for the processing of the contact details you use (LGPD article 4, I);
  • do not direct your promotion at children or adolescents, or use appeals that take advantage of their inexperience (CDC article 37, paragraph 2);
  • do not offer anyone who signs up a share of the credits, or any other advantage, in exchange for subscribing.

11. Use of the Mister Education name

You may mention the Mister Education name when sharing your link. That permission is limited, free and revocable, and does not include:

  • registering domains, profiles, pages or apps with the Mister Education name, or similar names;
  • buying search or social media ads that use the Mister Education name as a keyword or in the ad text;
  • presenting yourself as an employee, representative, official partner or support channel of Mister Education;
  • altering our logo, or using it in material that suggests our sponsorship or approval.

Misuse of another's name and distinctive signs may amount to unfair competition (article 195 of Lei nº 9.279/1996).

12. Fraud and breach

Examples of fraud or abuse: inviting yourself through another account; creating fake accounts or accounts in other people's names; paying for other people's subscriptions mainly to produce credits; arranging for charges to be cancelled or reversed; and using automated means to create accounts or invitations.

If we find signs of fraud or of a breach of these Terms, we tell you by email, describing what we found, and you will have 15 days to give your explanation. During that period, the related credits are held. The decision is taken by a person on our team and communicated with the reason for it. In serious and evident cases, such as the use of a compromised account, we may hold credits immediately, before notice, to prevent harm to you or to others.

Once fraud or a breach is confirmed, we may cancel the credits produced by that conduct, suspend or end your participation in the Program and, if amounts have already been transferred, ask for the return of what was paid unduly (Civil Code articles 876 and 884). Credits produced regularly, unrelated to the conduct, remain yours.

13. Leaving the Program, and the Program ending

You may stop taking part at any time, simply by no longer sharing the link. To receive the credits available to you, make a withdrawal.

Deleting your account erases your invitations and the credits that have not yet been transferred. Before deleting, withdraw what is available. If you have available credits below the minimum, or credits still waiting to be released, write to info@mistereducation.com before deleting your account: we pay those credits by Pix, with no minimum, as soon as they are released. In that case, delete the account only after we confirm the payment.

We may change the rules or end the Program, with at least 30 days' notice through the same channels it is promoted on (the invitations page and the dashboard) and by email to participants (Civil Code article 856). Once the Program ends, no credits are produced by charges made after the end date. Credits produced until then complete their normal waiting period and are paid, and the withdrawal minimum no longer applies to them.

14. Acceptance and changes to these Terms

By sharing your link, you undertake to follow these rules. Formal acceptance is requested at your first withdrawal, together with the declaration that you are 18 or over and that the Pix key is yours. We record the version accepted and the date and time of acceptance, and you can see that record on the Account and conditions screen of the dashboard. You can print or save these Terms at any time with the button at the top of this page.

When these Terms change, we will publish the new version on this page, dated at the top, and give notice on the dashboard and by email at least 30 days in advance. Credits already produced remain governed by the version in force when they were produced. Acceptance of the new version is requested at your next withdrawal. Earlier versions are available on request.

15. Personal data, support, governing law and jurisdiction

How we process the data of participants and of the people they invite is set out in the Referral Program Privacy Notice.

Questions, requests and complaints about the Program: info@mistereducation.com. We reply within 5 days (Decreto nº 7.962/2013, article 4, sole paragraph).

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of your domicile have jurisdiction. You may also turn to consumer protection bodies, such as your city's Procon. Nothing in these Terms removes rights the law grants you.
