1. Our commitment

Mister Education is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

2. Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Mister Education is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working to address known gaps.

3. Measures we take

Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
Keyboard navigation across core flows.
Sufficient colour contrast and adjustable text size.
Text alternatives for meaningful images.
Accessibility considered during design and development.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Audio-based pronunciation features depend on a microphone and may not be fully usable without one; some embedded third-party content (for example, payment and analytics) may not fully meet our standards. We welcome reports so we can prioritise fixes.
